However, her actions tell a different story—she’s already moved on to promoting a new MLM venture called BizNet College, allegedly founded by Bob Wood, the man behind Nexxus University.

Who Is Marshonda Henderson?

Marshonda Henderson presents herself as a content creator dedicated to financial education and empowerment. She shares videos on personal finance, cryptocurrency, and motivational topics, maintaining an active presence on platforms like YouTube. However, she has a long track record of involvement in controversial financial ventures:

  • Trade Technologies: A scheme that promised significant returns but collapsed, leaving many investors out of pocket. Marshonda was a primary promoter of this platform before its legal troubles.
  • CoopCrowd: Another platform she supported, which raised questions about its legitimacy and operations.
  • Crowdfunding and MLM Scams: Marshonda has consistently endorsed projects that mix crowdfunding with multilevel marketing structures, creating significant risk for unsuspecting investors.

Now, she’s promoting BizNet College, which raises numerous red flags.

What Is BizNet College?

BizNet College is marketed as a platform for financial education, offering courses on cryptocurrency, personal finance, and financial systems. It claims to “empower you to take control of your finances” and offers memberships ranging from $10/month for basic courses to $80/month for full access and certifications. On the surface, this might sound legitimate, but a closer look reveals several warning signs:

  1. Exaggerated Promises: The website claims it can teach you to turn $50 into $500+ quickly and transform your financial future with minimal effort. Such promises are hallmark tactics of scams targeting desperate individuals.
  2. Vague Certifications: The “Certified Cryptocurrency Specialist (CCS)” certification offered by BizNet College has no apparent recognition from credible industry bodies or educational institutions.
  3. Unsubstantiated Tools: Tools like “Digital Dreamboards,” “Social Media Storyboards,” and “Treasure Chest of Top Audio Leadership Books” are flashy but vague, with no evidence of actual value to users.
  4. MLM Structure: While disguised as an educational platform, BizNet College operates with an affiliate marketing model—a hallmark of MLM schemes—where earnings seem to rely more on recruitment than legitimate education.

Who Is Bob Wood?

Bob Wood is presented as the Founder and CEO of BizNet College. His profile is filled with lofty claims, but many are difficult to verify:

  • MLM History: Bob has been tied to numerous MLM ventures, including Global Currency Reserve (GCR) and other companies flagged for questionable practices. His involvement in these ventures raises concerns about the legitimacy of BizNet College.
  • Cryptocurrency Claims: Bob touts himself as an early cryptocurrency advocate who has developed coins, created a cryptocurrency university, and even consulted for the SEC. However, there is little independent evidence to support these claims.

  • Nexxus University and Nexxus Barter: Previous projects led by Bob, such as Nexxus University and Nexxus Barter, are obscure and do not appear to have gained any significant traction or credibility.

  3. Questionable Pricing Models: The multi-tiered pricing structure incentivizes users to purchase the highest package for “certifications” and “family access,” raising concerns about upselling tactics.
  4. Scholarship Claims: BizNet College claims to offer full scholarships for “selected families globally,” but no details about eligibility or recipients are provided—this could be a misleading tactic to build trust.
  5. Shady Leadership: Bob Wood’s involvement in other MLMs and his history of unverifiable claims make the company’s credibility highly questionable.

This pattern of promoting one MLM or Ponzi scheme after another, as demonstrated by Marshonda Henderson, is deeply troubling.
